16 Townhouses in Opaheke
The development will consist of 16 sets of townhouses. We have been closely collaborating with the developer, providing support for various stages of the project. This includes tree felling, demolition, foundation work, framing, exterior cladding, interior work, and assisting the developer in obtaining the Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).
Scheduled to commence construction in July or August.
