28 Townhouses in Papakura
The development will consist of 28 sets of townhouses, ranging in size from 75 to 85 square meters per unit. Each unit will include two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one study room, along with a designated parking space. We have been closely collaborating with the developer, providing support for various stages of the project. This includes tree felling, demolition, foundation work, framing, exterior cladding, interior work, and assisting the developer in obtaining the Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).
The exterior walls have been completed, and now we are working on the interior decoration.
